We’re looking for our next Executive Assistant. Could It Be You?

The Executive Assistant will provide professional executive support to the Chief Client Officer (CCO). As a proven high-achiever and polished professional, you have exceptional time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be positive and resourceful with an energetic demeanor and a proven track record of anticipating needs and providing outstanding executive assistance.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide high-level administrative partnership to the CCO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and acting as a primary gatekeeper and liaison for their direct reports.
Lead the end-to-end coordination of meetings and conferences—overseeing venue logistics, catering, agenda preparation, and the distribution of minutes and actionable follow-ups.
Draft professional correspondence and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-impact PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
Manage significant special projects and departmental reports independently, ensuring all deliverables and "ad hoc" requests are completed on schedule.
Regularly review standard departmental deliverables and progress, and take appropriate action to ensure timely completion of all department tasks,
Handle sensitive files and internal/external reporting with strict confidentiality and organized record-keeping.

So are YOU our next Executive Assistant? You are if you…

Have a Post-secondary degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership.
Have advanced skills in G-Suite, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
Have proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Have superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Havedemonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and sound judgment.
Have a proactive "self-starter" who anticipates needs, keeps others informed, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
