We’re looking for our next Senior Technical Product Manager. Could It Be You?
The Senior Technical Product Manager will operate as a strategic leader for a more complex domain, driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals for the coming year. This role requires a demonstrated ability to define product vision and strategy beyond a single component, providing mentorship and challenging the status quo.
You will be responsible for defining the platform's strategic roadmap and prioritizing the most impactful initiatives for our mission-driven teams.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for the coming year, translating high-level business plans into agile execution plans. Drive the platform roadmap for one or more multi-component applications/complex systems and focus on the Annual Roadmap horizon.

Requirements Definition: Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You'll focus on the "what" and "why" behind our solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal customers (e.g., engineers, data scientists) to deeply understand their needs and define technical capabilities that accelerate development and innovation.

Technical Specifications: Leverage AI and other tools to define detailed API specifications, architecture blueprints, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as key technical deliverables. Provide technical perspective to complement business/marketing insights, ensuring a holistic product strategy.

Agile Leadership: Lead sprint refinements, validate product increments, and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with product goals and requirements.

Market Analysis: Conduct vendor evaluations or competitive analysis, make recommendations on technical investments, and ensure our platform adheres to industry standards and regulations. Continuously evaluate competitors' offerings and analyze market data to uncover opportunities for innovation and guide the platform’s strategic direction.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams, acting as a technical leader and providing a clear, pragmatic assessment of what's achievable (the "how"). Drive alignment with enabling and control functions (governance, risk, compliance, etc.) when the strategic roadmap impacts their processes.

Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex financial/technical products.

Advanced strategic thinking and platform thinking, with a focus on long-term scalability.

Ability to manage complexity, drive consensus, and resolve conflict across multiple teams.

Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $135,000 - $180,000
-
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
