Behind it, myAbode's transaction platform processes 30,000+ deals a year.
We're hiring our first dedicated product leader to decide what comes next.
The role:
You'll own three product engines under one roadmap: the consumer marketplace, the agent CRM, and the AI lead nurture engine that connects them. Property.ca is profitable, growing, and under-leveraged. You'll decide where future revenue growth comes from and build the product to capture it.
What you'll own:
The marketplace. The work here is primarily product growth — driving acquisition and improving conversion across the funnel through experimentation and A/B testing.
The CRM. A proprietary platform built in-house for our agents. Thousands of agents use it today, and there's significant room to improve it with a small, talent-dense team and agentic AI development.
The lead nurture and matching engine. A proprietary system that decides which agent gets which lead and how to keep that lead engaged until they transact. Another area where agentic AI development opens up a large opportunity.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years in product, with 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, founding PM, or similar)
- Excitement to re-learn product building methodologies in the era of AI.
- A track record of moving acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention metrics on a consumer product
- Experience designing and running A/B tests, including hypothesis design, sample sizing, and interpreting results
- Experience building a product, function, or team from the ground up
- Ability to develop a product strategy for an existing product within 30 days
- Experience shipping AI-powered features in production
- A deep willingness to get hands-on with AI tools (like Claude) and likely deploy webpages or prototypes directly.
Nice to have:
- Real estate or proptech experience
- Two-sided marketplace experience
- Ability to read code, scope work with engineers, and assess technical trade-offs
- Mobile product experience
- Experience with consumer brands at millions of monthly visitors
- CRM or admin-side product experience

Compensation reflects the scope: a competitive base with meaningful performance upside tied to what you build.
