We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our core platform integration teams.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape and scale a mission-critical product area that sits at the heart of our platform. You will join an established engineering team and collaborate closely with design, support, marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring the product experience is reliable, accurate, scalable, and continuously evolving to meet customer and business needs.
Domain familiarity with accounting, financial systems, ecommerce, or data-intensive SaaS products is helpful, but we place the greatest value on strong product thinking, rapid learning, systems-oriented problem solving, and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams while making data-informed decisions.
You will balance platform stability and innovation, investing in reliability, performance, and data integrity while delivering features that create measurable customer and business value.
What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of a core platform integration, prioritizing stability, scalability, customer impact, and long-term product growth.
- Own product outcomes across a complex, high-volume data ecosystem that connects multiple systems and services.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to align on architecture, technical trade-offs, and delivery priorities.
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics related to customer value, growth, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to plan and deliver impactful initiatives.
- Drive product discovery through customer conversations, user research, and partner feedback to uncover opportunities and validate solutions.
- Apply data analysis and systems thinking to understand complex workflows, improve user experiences, and optimize how information flows throughout the platform.
- Build and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns customer needs with business objectives.
- Bring clarity and direction to ambiguous challenges, helping teams make informed decisions and move efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows, data models, and interconnected systems.
- Experience working on B2B software products with sophisticated operational, financial, or workflow-driven requirements.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, customer insight analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex business domains and technical architectures.
- Experience with platform-oriented product development, including reusable services, integrations, APIs, or shared infrastructure.
- Ability to translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into actionable product decisions.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly within remote and distributed teams.
Must Have Skills:
Preferred Experience
- Experience with financial systems, accounting software, ecommerce platforms, data integrations, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Exposure to API-driven products, platform ecosystems, or data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with products that process large volumes of transactional or operational data.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex products.
