Role Overview & Summary
Solution architects required to support overall cloud contact center migration and agentic AI initiatives across multiple business units. Accountable for developing both high-level and detailed solution designs in alignment with established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.
Core Responsibilities
Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout planning, design, integration, and implementation activities across dedicated migration and agentic AI workstreams.
Develop high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
Drive technical integration between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms, applications, and technology assets.
Must Have Skills:
Required Skills & Experience
Core Architecture: Strong technical expertise in Amazon Connect and enterprise platform integration.
Specialized Requirement: Mandatory experience with Sierra.
Governance: Experience working within established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.
