Role Overview & Summary
Develops and configures intelligent IVR and conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect. Responsible for building natural language self-service experiences while ensuring scalability, usability, multilingual support, and alignment with business and customer experience requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and configure intelligent IVR and conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
Build and manage intents, utterances, slots, dialog flows, and prompts.
Integrate conversational solutions with backend systems to enable natural language self-service experiences.
Ensure scalability, usability, and multilingual support across deployment environments.
Must Have Skills:
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on development and configuration experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
Expertise in intent modeling, utterance design, slot management, and dialog flows.
Experience integrating conversational AI with backend systems.
Familiarity with multilingual bot development and customer experience requirements.
