We’re looking for our next Senior Analyst, Operations Transformation. Could It Be You?
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role across all phases of the operational transformation lifecycle. This role is responsible for extracting and manipulating data from enterprise systems, building automated performance dashboards, and performing diagnostic trend analysis to surface opportunities for process re-engineering and workflow automation. The Senior Analyst supports the broader team by measuring post-implementation success through KPI tracking, benefit realization analysis, and operational process health monitoring. Combining strength in data modeling, low-code/no-code automation workflow configuration, and analytical storytelling, the Senior Analyst transforms raw operational data into actionable solutions that drive measurable efficiency across business units.

-
Automation Workflow Configuration: Configuring, testing, and maintaining end-to-end automation workflows utilizing low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate) and scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python) to integrate disparate systems, streamline processes, and eliminate manual tasks within established project boundaries.

Advanced Analytics & AI Productivity: Applying data modeling techniques and utilizing approved AI productivity utilities and tools (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) to accelerate data analysis, automate recurring reporting tasks, and surface operational insights.
-
Performance Dashboard Development: Designing, building, and maintaining automated dashboards and interactive visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker Studio) to track project and departmental KPIs and monitor overall operational health.
-
Benefit Realization Tracking: Quantifying and evaluating pre- and post-implementation financial and operational impacts of transformation initiatives, providing data-driven evidence of value and efficiency gains.
-
Operational Process Monitoring: Supporting operational "health checks" by monitoring process compliance and business unit adherence against established benchmarks, new workflows, and re-engineered process standards.
-
Operational Insights & Reporting: Analyzing data to identify workflow bottlenecks, translating complex findings into clear "so-what" narrative insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership.
-
Rapid-Response Decision Support: Providing accurate, agile ad-hoc reporting and analytical support for leadership to facilitate time-sensitive operational problem-solving and decision-making.
