You’re an experienced marketer who lives at the intersection of health and tech. You’ve managed multi-channel marketing campaigns, built strong client relationships, and know how to bring clarity to complex challenges. Whether it’s launching a new virtual care solution, driving adoption of AI in hospitals, or positioning a health startup for growth—you bring a calm confidence and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to the table.
You’re just as comfortable building strategy decks as you are managing timelines and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks. You understand the nuances of regulated industries, can simplify the technical for everyday audiences, and you know how to keep creative teams inspired and clients aligned.
YOUR SKILLS
- 5–7+ years of marketing, brand or project management experience—ideally in healthtech, medtech, or adjacent industries
- Agency or consulting experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage and deliver campaigns, content programs, and digital initiatives from brief to launch, including visual identities, websites, videos and more
- Confident client communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in Canada and/or the US (bonus points if you’ve worked with hospitals, health systems, or virtual care providers)
- Skilled in translating complex medical or technical information into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaborators
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and energized by solving new problems
- Familiar with marketing tools and platforms—HubSpot, Google Suite, project management software, etc.
