While a real estate lawyer is required for the large majority of real estate transactions in Canada, the process has seen very little innovation, leaving a client experience that doesn’t match today's consumer expectations. We provide real estate legal services from end-to-end, leveraging a proprietary digital solution that brings transparency and simplicity, and an experienced legal team.
⭐️ The opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic and client-focused Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. You’ll help ensure they get the information, guidance, and quotes they need — fast. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping people navigate big decisions and thrives in a dynamic, startup environment.
🛠️ What you’ll work on
Inbound lead management (primary focus)
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, text, and/or chat
- Understand client needs and answer key questions they have
- Scope out and prepare tailored quotes using internal tools
- Ensure smooth handoff to the Client Experience team for onboarding
- Continuously identify and recommend improvements to our lead management process to boost efficiency and conversion
Partner support (secondary focus)
- Assist our Business Development Rep in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing referral partners
- Help coordinate partner communications and events
- Assist in outreach initiatives such as follow-ups, scheduling, and presentations
- Manage the integrity of our CRM
