About Mash

Role & Responsibilities
You will be working directly with Jared, Mash's CEO, to help accelerate the business. You'll be the first GTM hire on the team. Your primary focus will be in helping to grow our customer base and serve current customers better.
You will have significant responsibility across the GTM stack, and will work with the team to prioritize what is the most important (which is ever-changing).
- Sales: Identify prospects, build a sales pipeline, and manage deals through negotiation. Creatively think about our target customers and how to best build relationships with executives across a variety of verticals.
- Service: Ensure the successful on-boarding, integration and satisfaction of our partners.
- Knowledge: Become an expert in AI, knowledge agents, the industries we serve and how they operate. Use AI tools in your day-to-day role to augment your capabilities.
- Product: Understand the needs of revenue teams and our capabilities to over-deliver on our promises to them.
- Startup: Strategically allocate your time and budget on high impact efforts (including prioritizing amongst this list).
- Marketing: Create compelling content and thought leadership material.
- GTM: Synthesize learnings from working with customers to advise our product roadmap, marketing & brand, and other related efforts.

- Has 2+ years of demonstrated success in a demanding, high-paced environment with multi-disciplinary responsibilities at a startup or high growth technology company.
