About the role
As a Performance Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven organizational transformation by coaching clients, generating insights, and helping teams achieve their performance goals. You'll utilize our in-house technology to interact with corporate teams daily, turning behavioral patterns into actionable strategies that generate measurable value and help clients hit their KPIs. This role offers the opportunity to inspire others while growing your skills in an innovative, startup environment.
Performance Strategists will work in a hybrid model, with approximately three days per week in our Toronto office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily strategy, coaching and guidance to clients through written communication on the Impro app
- Lead strategy calls with C-suite executives, translating performance data into actionable roadmaps
- Use AI to analyze data, build processes and deliver insights through reports and presentations
- Actively participate in weekly training and planning meetings to stay aligned with team objectives
- Dedicate time each week to study generative AI tools and resources to continually enhance your capabilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and Impro team members to ensure successful implementation
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Based in Greater Toronto Area for Tuesday-Thursday office collaboration
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years in management consulting with measurable client impact
- Have experience in account management and client-facing interactions
- Leverage AI tools daily and continuously explore new applications of generative AI
- Build authentic relationships across all organizational levels
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats
- Have strong analytical skills - find patterns and translate them into strategies
- Thrive in startup ambiguity where building the solution is part of the job
- Bonus: experience in Telecom or customer service transformation
