Reporting to the CMO, the Content Lead is the strategic driver of all brand and performance content
initiatives across digital platforms and formats. This individual leads the development and
execution of content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
This person is expected to be hands on, but will be managing a team of 4. This is a very content heavy industry and is a key driver in all marketing strategies.
This role collaborates closely with public relations, performance
marketing, business development, customer experience, IT, and HR to align content with broader
campaign direction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve the content strategy across all digital touchpoints (web, email, social, paid
media, etc.)
• Lead the creation of high-impact content that supports brand storytelling, product
marketing, and sales enablement
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO, engagement, and conversion across the funnel
• Manage internal and external content creators, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and
quality
• Use data and analytics to measure content performance and inform future strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure content supports
business goals
• Stay ahead of content trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate
