As they expand, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across technical and business domains. You’ll partner closely with hiring teams to scale the workforce, improve recruiting processes, and elevate the employer brand—all while adapting quickly to the needs of a company in hyper-growth.
Responsibilities
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments, with a strong focus on engineering, product, and design hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, clarify role requirements, and align on ideal candidate profiles
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent across Canada, LATAM, and Europe
• Manage inbound and outbound recruitment efforts, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and agency partnerships
• Conduct structured interviews and screenings that assess both technical skills and team fit, while delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Continuously optimize hiring workflows, drive process improvements, and evolve the interview experience as the company grows
• Maintain healthy candidate pipelines by forecasting future hiring needs and proactively sourcing for key roles
• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance to guide data-driven decisions
• Contribute to employer brand efforts by sharing narratives that highlight the company’s vision, team, and culture
• Train and support hiring managers to build effective interviewing capabilities across the organization
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting systems, tools, and processes are aligned
Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on technical talent acquisition
• Proven experience hiring for engineering, product, and design teams in high-growth or startup environments
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates through both inbound and outbound channels
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and modern sourcing tools
• Solid grasp of structured hiring and behavioral interviewing techniques
• Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership
• Highly adaptable, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience refining hiring processes and introducing improvements at scale
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments with evolving priorities
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience hiring for deep-tech, gaming, streaming, or AI-focused companies
• Global recruiting experience, particularly in North America, LATAM, and Europe
• A background in building employer brand strategies or recruitment marketing initiatives
