This role:
As a Product Manager, you will gather feature requests, plan releases, and coordinate the product’s roadmap. You are the owner for one or multiple products from inception to launch in close collaboration with various roles from Product, Design, Delivery and Engineering.
You Will:
•Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new features and modules in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
•Prioritize and organize the product backlog to align with business objectives
•Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for new features, and functionality
•Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release and Sprint Goals by proposing alternate solution
•Ensure the platform is user-friendly by implementing UX best practices and principles
•Ensure that the development team understands the elements of the product roadmap at the required level
•Collaborate with the development team to plan and coordinate releases, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
•Review and approve comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes for the platform
•Define and monitor key metrics relative to the value generated, usage and performance of the platform
• Work closely with stakeholders by participating in user research, leveraging domain knowledge and expertise to understand industry processes, gaps, and challenges, converting that knowledge into effective and efficient solutions
Must Have Skills:
•3+ years of experience in product management or a similar position
•Knowledge of Agile processes and principles, backlog management techniques (story writing, story mapping) and metrics (burn down metrics, velocity, lead time, cycle time).
•Demonstrable expertise of Project Management fundamentals.
•Bilingual communication skills is ideal. Must be able to communicate effectively in English to fulfill their duties since our customer base is worldwide.
•Ability to work within a rapidly growing company, in an evolving context and requiring high autonomy
•Excellent interpersonal skills and team player for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and analyze requirements, identify dependencies, and make informed decisions
•Must be comfortable challenging requirements and prioritization. Capacity to say no and influence when requests conflict with product strategy or other requirements.
