This Role:
The Group Product Manager is someone responsible for product delivery as well as managing the performance of a team of Product Managers. The Group Product Manager also drives customers' business review meetings to communicate product direction and roadmap as well as collects feedback on customers' challenges. The Group product manager will oversee putting together a product advisory board that influences the product direction.•
You will:
•Talent Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product team, translating high-level corporate strategy into actionable individual and functional goals.
•Strategic Roadmap: Drive the product vision by managing stakeholder expectations through transparent, thematic-driven roadmaps and frequent strategic communication.
•Lean User-Centricity: Employ a lean product mindset to lead user research, identify personas, and validate feature concepts with power users prior to release.
•Operational Excellence: Oversee cross-functional squad performance and delivery, proactively identifying project risks and managing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
•Metrics-Driven Growth: Establish and track qualitative and quantitative KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous, data-led improvements across all initiatives.
•Innovation Champion: Foster a culture of experimentation, specifically advocating for AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive technical edge in the AECO space
•Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis and technical monitoring to ensure product initiatives align with evolving industry needs and complex customer workflows.
•Agile Change Leadership: Lead change management initiatives and guide multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership and strategic foresight.
Must Have Skills:
•5+ years working as Group Product Manager or Product manager in an agile software environment
•Experience with B2B, vertical market, SaaS product development
•Ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions
•Experience defining and tracking product metrics
•Project management experience
•Bilingual in English and French
