About the Role
Are you a process-obsessed digital marketer who uses AI to do the work of three people? We are looking for our first "Marketing Showrunner"—a high-energy, organized coordinator to take over the day-to-day execution of our brand’s growth engine.
You will be the bridge between the Founder and our creative team (Copywriter and Editor). Your mission is to remove the Founder as the bottleneck by owning the marketing calendar, building our campaigns, and ensuring that nothing—absolutely nothing—falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do (The "Showrunner" Responsibilities)
- The Master Calendar: Own and manage the 360° marketing calendar across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Email. You ensure that if a campaign launches on Tuesday, the copy and creative are ready and approved by Friday.
- Team Liaison: Brief the Copywriter and Video Editor on upcoming needs. You aren't doing the writing, but you are managing their deadlines and doing the first round of Quality Assurance (QA) on their work.
- Campaign Building: Physically build and schedule email campaigns (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and Pinterest pins. You’ll be the one "pressing the buttons" to go live.
- AI Optimization: Use AI tools to 10X your productivity—from generating Pinterest lifestyle backgrounds and A/B testing subject lines to automating meeting recaps and task assignments.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the dashboards. You will pull the weekly numbers, identify what’s working, and tell the creative team what to iterate on next.
Who You Are
- The "Marketing EA" Mindset: You treat a deadline like a sacred vow. You are naturally organized and find peace in a clean Asana/Monday.com board.
- AI-Literate: You don't just "use ChatGPT"; you understand how to use AI for image generation, data analysis, and workflow automation (Zapier, Canva Magic Studio, etc.).
- Detail Obsessed: You catch the broken link or the pixelated image before the customer ever sees it.
- Communication Pro: You can "manage up" to a busy Founder and keep freelancers focused and on schedule.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or as a high-level Marketing EA.
- Proven ability to manage projects using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Technical comfort with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Social Media scheduling tools.
- Must reside in Canada.
