Own and scale field and account-based programs that drive pipeline and accelerate enterprise revenue
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Field & Account-Based Marketing to build and scale a high-impact field and ABM function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning the strategy and execution of both live and virtual experiences that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue. You’ll partner closely with sales to design and execute account-based marketing programs that support account engagement, expansion, and deal acceleration, while establishing repeatable, data-driven processes that turn field marketing into a core pipeline engine. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ideas from concept to execution and continuously optimize based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own the field and ABM function, including strategy, planning, and execution across events and account-based programs
- Plan and execute high-impact live events, webinars, executive dinners, and VIP experiences that generate and accelerate pipeline
- Own and execute account-based marketing programs in close partnership with sales, driving engagement, expansion, and deal acceleration across target accounts
- Develop and execute targeted, multi-touch programs for key accounts, leveraging events, content, and personalized outreach
- Support deal acceleration through tailored field programs, executive engagement, and high-touch experiences
- Develop repeatable playbooks for event-driven pipeline generation, follow-up, and sales alignment
- Establish frameworks to measure, track, and optimize performance against pipeline and revenue goals
- Continuously experiment with new formats, channels, and tactics to engage enterprise buyers and stand out in competitive markets
About You
- 5–8+ years in field marketing, events, or ABM roles within B2B SaaS or tech
- Experience building or scaling field marketing or event programs, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through field marketing and account-based marketing programs
- Deep understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel, from demand generation through deal acceleration
- Strong experience partnering with sales on account prioritization and driving pipeline across target accounts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Data-driven and pipeline-obsessed, with a strong focus on measurable impact
- Comfortable owning strategy end-to-end — from ideation through execution and optimization
- Creative, proactive thinker who brings new ideas and isn’t afraid to test and iterate
