Due to increasing inbound demand, the company is looking to hire an Inbound SDR to help manage, qualify, and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
This is an inbound-focused sales role centered around speed-to-lead, qualification, and booking qualified demos for the sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers who have already shown interest through the website, events, referrals, or marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads across email, phone, and website channels
Qualify opportunities and schedule demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records and lead notes
Follow up consistently to keep opportunities moving forward
Support marketing and sales operations with research and lead management
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion performance

Must Have Skills:
1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound environment
Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or construction-related industries
