We are working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that provides AI-driven software solutions for industrial and operational teams across North America. The company has established strong early traction and is now looking for a commercial leader to help scale revenue, pipeline generation, and market presence.
The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead sales and marketing initiatives for our client. This person will oversee pipeline strategy, sales execution, demand generation, and go-to-market operations while helping build scalable commercial processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment and balancing strategy with execution.
Responsibilities
Own pipeline growth and revenue performance across sales and marketing
Improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Lead and mentor a growing commercial team
Oversee CRM, reporting, and GTM operations
Support branding, events, outbound campaigns, and demand generation
Collaborate closely with executive leadership on growth strategy
Help refine positioning, messaging, and customer targeting

Must Have Skills:
Experience leading sales, growth, or GTM functions within B2B SaaS
Proven ability to scale pipeline and commercial operations
Strong operational and leadership skills
Experience with CRM and revenue reporting tools
Comfortable in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
