Our agency is partnering with a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company that provides AI-powered operational software to industrial and construction-focused organizations across North America. As customer adoption continues to grow, the company is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, customer engagement, retention, and long-term account success.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers after implementation. This person will help ensure clients are successfully adopting the platform, achieving measurable outcomes, and maximizing long-term value from the product.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with customer accounts
- Lead onboarding, training, and customer adoption initiatives
- Support renewals and identify opportunities for account growth
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and business reviews
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or challenges
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to improve customer experience
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
Must Have Skills:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing B2B software customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Bonus: experience in construction tech, industrial software, or operational SaaS platforms
