The Role
We're hiring a Product & Systems Lead to build and continuously improve the systems, tools, automations, and digital experiences that power Alma Care.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems, building quickly, and learning constantly. You'll work closely with the operations and growth teams to identify friction points, improve workflows, and ship product improvements that elevate both the client and caregiver experience.
You do not need to come from a traditional engineering background to succeed in this role. We care far more about curiosity, systems thinking, product intuition, speed, and execution than pedigree.
We're especially excited by people who are deeply AI-native in how they think and work — people who instinctively leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to learn quickly, solve problems creatively, and increase operational leverage. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, experimental, and energized by figuring things out independently.
We value builders who prototype quickly, embrace iteration, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. This role is best suited for someone who is excited to move fast, continuously learn, and help shape how modern technology can improve both the caregiver and family experience.
What You'll Own
Product Development
- Help build and improve Alma Care's app and digital platform experience
- Develop tools and workflows that better connect families and caregivers
- Identify opportunities to improve the client and caregiver experience through product enhancements
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features and ideas
- Prioritize speed, usability, and thoughtful user experience
Systems & Automation
- Improve internal systems and operational workflows across the business
- Build and maintain automations that increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Identify operational bottlenecks and create scalable solutions
- Help streamline caregiver onboarding, scheduling, communication, and internal coordination systems
- Build and improve workflows across Alma Care's core operational systems and platforms, including tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, Homebase, Webflow, and other emerging technologies
- Continuously optimize how information flows across the organization
AI & Emerging Technology
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and customer experience
- Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and platforms
- Identify practical ways AI can support caregivers, families, and internal teams
- Experiment rapidly and bring forward new ideas and solutions
- Help foster an AI-forward culture across the organization
Website & Platform Ownership
- Oversee and maintain Alma Care's website and core digital platforms
- Ensure systems and user journeys are functioning smoothly across touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve digital experiences and operational performance
- Support ongoing optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3–5+ years experience in product, systems, operations, technology, startups, or digital experience roles
- Experience building, implementing, or improving digital products or workflows
- Strong understanding of AI tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, automation platforms, and modern software ecosystems
- Familiarity with modern operational and product tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, Webflow, Homebase, Zapier, Notion, or similar platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently
