Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed deep-tech startup developing cutting-edge AI and game streaming platforms. They are building the infrastructure to support the world’s largest edge computing network, empowering developers and publishers to deliver high-performance workloads across a globally distributed system.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across the organization. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role suited for someone with strong organizational discipline, the ability to drive results under pressure, and a passion for creating order out of chaos in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Design, and Operations.
• Maintain and manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies using modern project management tools.
• Track progress, identify risks, surface blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Own task tracking and daily coordination of deliverables, bugs, features, and releases.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and accountability.
• Support prioritization and sprint planning with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Maintain clear, updated project documentation, including scope, decisions, and technical notes.
• Lead or support post-mortem sessions and implement lessons learned into future projects.
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools.
• Step into special projects and evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or Delivery in a tech/software environment.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical teams.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with high accountability and a bias for action.
• Comfort working closely with Engineering teams and navigating technical dependencies.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with real-time systems, gaming platforms, or performance-sensitive infrastructure.
• Familiarity with product delivery for consumer-facing or D2C products.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Background in high-growth startups or scaling tech organizations.
