Position Overview
We’re expanding the operations team to support increasing customer and workflow volume as the company scales. In this role, you’ll work closely with technical operations and engineering teams to help process, review, and coordinate complex technical workflows through internal analysis pipelines. You’ll play an important role in maintaining operational quality, surfacing process bottlenecks, and helping improve internal tooling and workflows over time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, operational coordination, systems thinking, and working closely with highly technical teams.
Core Responsibility:
Execute and coordinate technical workflow processing activities while helping improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability across the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on technical data processing, validation, and workflow coordination tasks
- Guide projects and deliverables through operational pipelines, tracking progress and proactively identifying blockers
- Participate in peer review processes to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards
- Help refine and document evolving operational procedures and best practices
- Analyze workflow efficiency, processing timelines, and operational bottlenecks to support continuous improvement
- Provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams regarding tooling friction, usability challenges, and process optimization opportunities
- Support cross-functional communication around project status, timelines, and operational priorities
- Contribute to operational reporting, metrics tracking, and internal dashboards

Must Have Skills:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, quality/process workflows, technical support, or related operational environments
- Strong comfort working hands-on within technical workflows and operational systems
- Ability to learn and navigate complex technical domains quickly
