Our client is a rapidly growing technology company operating at the intersection of energy, electrification, and connected infrastructure. The organization develops integrated hardware and software solutions that help homeowners and businesses better manage energy consumption, storage, and distribution.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Head of Field Operations & Performance to build and scale operational excellence across a distributed network of field partners, installation providers, and service teams. This individual will be responsible for creating the systems, processes, and performance framework required to deliver a consistent customer experience while supporting rapid expansion.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that combines operational strategy, partner enablement, performance management, and field execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end field operations lifecycle, from project intake through installation and post-deployment support.
- Build and manage partner onboarding, certification, readiness, and performance programs.
- Standardize workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Field teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Develop territory, capacity, and resource planning models to support growth.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, reporting dashboards, and performance management processes.
- Drive quality assurance, compliance, partner governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve escalations and improve operational performance.
Must Have Skills:
7+ years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, installation programs, or partner networks.
Proven success building scalable operational processes and performance frameworks.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams.
Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, or channel partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with partner ecosystems, field service networks, or channel programs.
Bilingual French and English.
