We’re looking for our next Procurement Strategy & Innovation Lead. Could It Be You?
We are undergoing a comprehensive overhaul of our Procurement & Vendor Management Office (PVMO) and are seeking a highly analytical, tech-savvy transformation lead to support this critical initiative. In this role, you will serve as the engine driving our process modernization.
You will not just be documenting processes; you will be redesigning them. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of project management, business analysis, and emerging technologies (AI, automation). You will listen to our stakeholders, map out the chaos, and design streamlined, automated solutions to make our procurement lifecycle efficient, transparent, and scalable.
Towards the end of the process modernization project, you will transition to wearing two hats. First, you will be our subject matter expert for our newly redesigned, and modernized, processes and procedures, while continuing to seek innovation and optimization opportunities in our end-to-end PVMO workflows. Second, you will contribute as a member of the PVMO team. Your contributions to day-to-day PVMO tasks will include (i) leading and executing complex procurement processes, including negotiating new goods and services agreements, onboarding critical vendors, and managing strategic renewals; as well as (ii) overseeing vendor data integrity, driving advanced due diligence, developing comprehensive reporting, coordinating complex vendor reviews, and ensuring robust compliance with vendor management policies.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Procurement Strategy, Counsel and the Manager, Vendor Management to continuously improve the PVMO team, its processes, and the service it delivers to QFG. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive strategic value, efficiency, and transparency across the vendor lifecycle.

-
Work closely with the key stakeholders in various business entities to understand the project pipeline, product roadmap, and key initiatives to assess upcoming needs for new or current vendor services.
-
Maintain a strong understanding of QFG’s service offerings, the relationships and dependency with vendors for existing business models and data flows in the business.
