Our client is an innovative technology company helping homeowners adopt next-generation energy solutions. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to guide prospective customers through the purchase journey, from initial interest through close.
This is a consultative sales role focused on educating customers, building trust, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, video, email, chat, and other digital channels.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative conversations.
- Guide customers through product selection, pricing, installation expectations, and purchasing decisions.
- Assess customer fit and gather information required for qualification.
- Own the sales process from lead qualification through closed sale.
- Deliver a premium customer experience and act as the primary point of contact throughout the buying journey.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and customer experience.
Must Have Skills:
7+ years of experience in consultative sales, retail sales, or customer advisory roles.
Demonstrated success converting leads into customers.
Experience selling technology, home services, consumer products, or other high-consideration purchases.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and evolving processes.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in solar, energy, HVAC, EV charging, home improvement, or related industries.
Bilingual French and English.
