Our client is a high-growth platform that connects brands with a global community of creators to generate authentic, high-quality social media content and B-roll footage. Their mission is to simplify the content creation process by providing a curated library of on-demand media assets, while providing creators with a streamlined way to monetize their raw footage through licensing fees and performance-based rewards.
This role:
This role spans product design and product management. You'll work directly with the founder and creator team lead to take early-stage concepts and turn them into clear, buildable mobile experiences.
You will:
Mobile Product Design
•Design user flows, wireframes, and screen concepts for new features and user journeys
•Produce handoff-ready screens with clear logic for the development team
•Design new screens consistent with existing product patterns and visual language
•Incorporate bilingual and localization requirements into product designs
Product Scoping & Feature Definition
•Translate rough concepts into scoped requirements, user flows, and feature logic
•Define how features behave across the full user journey, including edge cases and dependencies
•Flag usability issues and technical constraints before features go to build
•Drive prioritization and planning for mobile product initiatives
Campaign & Event Productization
•Own design and product scoping for in-app campaigns, challenges, and activations
•Define flows for time-limited features including challenge mechanics, rewards, leaderboards, referrals, and notifications
•Map participant experience end-to-end to identify UX gaps, product risks, and edge cases before build starts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Collaborate with marketing on in-app experiences tied to campaigns and launches
•Document feature logic, edge cases, and screen specs for engineering handoff
•Produce clear feature summaries for marketing and internal stakeholders as features ship
Must Have Skills:
•5+ years of experience in product design and management
•Strong mobile-first design skills
•Proficient in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
•Demonstrated ability to scope features and write clear product requirements
•Experience working directly with engineering teams on handoff and implementation
•Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping early-stage concepts into structured plans
Nice to Have Skills:
•Bilingual (English/French) an asset given our Montreal context and bilingual product requirements
•Experience designing or managing consumer mobile apps, particularly in marketplace or creator economy contexts
•Familiarity with in-app campaign mechanics — challenges, referrals, leaderboards, or reward systems
