Our client is a high-growth platform that connects brands with a global community of creators to generate authentic, high-quality social media content and B-roll footage. Their mission is to simplify the content creation process by providing a curated library of on-demand media assets, while providing creators with a streamlined way to monetize their raw footage through licensing fees and performance-based rewards.
This role:
This is a growth and performance marketing role focused on building and scaling buyer-side funnel. You will own demand generation, email and lifecycle campaigns, campaign coordination, and performance reporting across channels.
You Will:
•Own demand generation through lead magnets, educational content, and paid and organic initiatives
•Build and manage email and lifecycle campaigns for marketplace buyer acquisition and re-engagement
•Coordinate go-to-market campaigns for product launches and company milestones
•Own performance reporting across all marketing channels
•Collaborate cross-functionally to align content and creative with demand generation goals
•Test and iterate on messaging, formats, and channels
Must Have Skills:
•4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a marketplace, SaaS, or two-sided platform
•Experience across demand generation, email marketing, and campaign management
•Strong with data — you own your numbers and translate them into clear decisions
•Comfortable working alongside agencies and external partners without losing ownership of outcomes
•Operates independently and thinks beyond the current quarter
•Genuine interest in the creator economy and mobile-first content
Nice to Have Skills:
•Experience marketing a consumer mobile app or creator-facing platform
•Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Braze
•Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or organic growth strategies
•Experience with paid social or programmatic advertising
•Background in an early-stage startup environment
