The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow our most important client relationships. You'll develop account strategies, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise accounts and driving long-term revenue growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and nurture relationships with our most important enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, retention, and long-term value.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of services within key accounts.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations) to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on account health and growth opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business goals and aligning Borderless AI solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Act as the customer advocate internally, sharing feedback with Product and Operations teams
Great candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and driving long-term revenue growth.
- Track record of developing and executing account strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform account decisions.
- Collaborative approach, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
