The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is seeking an Operations Analyst with customer success experience in HR-tech or HRIS companies to join our growing team. This full-time role will manage day-to-day client interactions and operate the systems that support them. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-evolving environment, adapting to our ever-improving software to help deliver a best-in-class platform for our clients. You are energized by solving client challenges, collaborate seamlessly across departments, and consistently put the client first. Candidates with international experience who take initiative and can independently manage daily tasks will excel in this role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Operate and manage the internal systems that support client onboarding, payroll, and HR operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Operations,to resolve client challenges and optimize workflows.
- Adapt quickly to evolving software and processes, providing feedback to help shape a best-in-class platform.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
- Navigate complex, international HR and payroll scenarios with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Take initiative in daily tasks, demonstrating independence, problem-solving skills, and a client-first mindset.
Great candidates will have:
- Proven experience in customer success or operations within HR-tech, HRIS, or SaaS environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for navigating complex customer challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams.
- Experience managing international clients or operations, with an understanding of global HR or payroll processes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving software and processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High initiative and self-motivation, able to manage daily tasks independently without close supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset while maintaining a big-picture perspective to ensure client success.
- A customer-first mentality, committed to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes.
