The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand our customer base. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a consultative selling approach.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Borderless AI’s customer base.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and deliver tailored, consultative solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecast data in CRM systems.
- Represent Borderless AI at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting our solutions and thought leadership.
Great candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR-tech, or enterprise software.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
