The Opportunity:
We're hiring an exceptional Project Manager to support key initiatives on a project basis. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Ideal for experienced PMs comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive project execution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks or bottlenecks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, success metrics, and requirements.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes across the organization.
- Support the delivery of high-impact initiatives that directly influence Borderless AI’s customer experience and business growth.
Great candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects in fast-paced, startup, or tech environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly update stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to identify risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Detail-oriented, yet comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
