The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic relationships with key partners, identify new business opportunities, and expand our partner ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in helping Borderless AI scale by leveraging partnerships to deliver exceptional value to our clients globally.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand Borderless AI’s market presence.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities, including integrations, co-marketing, and joint solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute partnership initiatives.
- Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Represent Borderless AI externally, promoting our solutions and thought leadership at partner events and meetings.
- Support negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals.
Great candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships in HR-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of driving business growth through partnerships or alliances.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Analytical mindset, capable of measuring partnership impact and using insights to optimize results.
- A client-first mentality, committed to delivering value and impact through partner initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or HRIS solutions is a plus.
