The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is seeking an exceptional paralegal, who has experience with legal entity
formations and commercial contracts to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely
with internal stakeholders and external legal partners worldwide to ensure corporate matters are
handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex global processes, coordinating across multiple jurisdictions, and building strong relationships with legal vendors while helping scale a fast-growing international business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications with global external legal partners and corporate service providers
- Coordinate and track global entity formations, dissolutions, and corporate governance activities
- Support corporate filings, resolutions, and related governance documentation in partnership with external counsel
- Work with notaries, legal vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of incorporation and compliance requirements
- Maintain entity records, legal trackers, and reporting related to corporate structure and governance
- Support the commercial team by assisting with contract coordination, document preparation, and administrative legal processes
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to corporate and legal administrative
- matters
- Identify opportunities to improve legal operations processes, documentation, and tracking systems
Great candidates will have:
- Completion of a recognized paralegal program (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal, legal operations, or similar role
- Experience supporting entity formations, corporate governance, or global corporate compliance processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple external legal vendors or partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a
- fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
